For nearly 25 years, the Bax Audio Video Inc. team has proudly served Stratford and the surrounding area as your trusted source for all things audio and video. As the world of electronics has evolved, so have we —adapting to new technologies and expanding our expertise. First known as StereoPlus, and later joining Sonxplus Technologies, we have always strived to meet the changing needs of our customers. Most notably, our security and surveillance division has grown tremendously in recent years.

Today, we’re excited to announce the next chapter in our journey: a sharpened focus on our security and automation services. To better meet the increasing demand for top-tier service and installation, we’ve made the decision to close our retail store as of April 1st. This shift will allow us to dedicate our full resources and attention to delivering exceptional security and automation solutions to our clients.

What is changing?

● We will be closing our retail store at 570 Huron St., Stratford as of
April 1st. This space will be transformed into a Showroom for our Home
Automation and Security offerings and will be available by appointment only.
● We will operate solely under the Bax Audio Video Inc. name moving forward.
● Our email addresses have been updated. Please save the contact details listed below.

What will remain the same?

●The team you know and trust, led by John and Nicole Bax.
● We will continue to offer a full product lineup for home automation, security, and surveillance.
● Our operations will continue to be based out of our location at 570
Huron St., Stratford.
● Our website and social media accounts will remain the same.

● We will continue to provide service for the products that have been
purchased at our retail store.

Celebrating 20 Years!

20 years ago, on January 5, 2001, we opened our doors for the first time. Coming from the Netherlands with 17 years of experience in electronics, sales and service, we were ready for a new adventure in Stratford, Ontario.

Who would have thought we would be celebrating our 20th anniversary during a lockdown (2.0).

While the technology has changed over the years, our knowledgeable and friendly service remains the same. We would like to thank our current and past staff members for helping us get to where we are now, our suppliers for their trust, and all of our customers who have supported us over the past two decades and continue to support us during this pandemic.

We look forward to continuing to bring you the latest technologies from home automation and security systems to audio and video solutions, in Stratford and surrounding area.
